Justin Bieber Stands Up For Kylie Jenner's Controversial Cornrows

JB says to "leave her alone."

It's been two full days since Kylie Jenner posted a pic of herself sporting a crop top with cornrows, yet it's still continuing to stir up controversy of cultural appropriation.

Yesterday, The Hunger Games' Amandla Stenberg called out Kylie in the comments section saying, "When u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter," to which Kylie allegedly replied, "Mad if I don’t, Mad if I do…. Go hang w Jaden or something."

Today, Justin Bieber also took a moment to chime in on Kylie's braids, and according to this screenshot, said, "Guys leave her alone, were all trying to figure it out and she happens to be under a microscope! I'm the first to know this. But saying she's being racist because she wants to wear her hair in braids is ridiculous. lets focus on the bigger picture and instead of fighting over something stupid lets do something about equality, but it doesn't start here blasting a 17 year old kid for wearing braids smh."

We know Justin and Kylie are besties IRL, so we're not surprised that he's coming to his friend's defense for this reported "feud," but Amandla said on her Instagram that these types of "discussions are healthy," and honestly, we couldn't agree more.
