It certainly seems like wedding bells will be in the future for Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama.

Demi recently said that if her boyfriend of 5 years would pop the question, she would definitely say "yes," and it seems like Wilmer is "down" with the idea.

"I really think that she is someone that I hope, if it is in our future, I would be more than down," Wilmer told "Extra." "I love her so much."

Demi credits her BF for her sobriety saying that she "wouldn't be alive without him today," and Wilmer considers himself "blessed" that he was able to be there for her during her struggles.

"We've been in each others lives for many years. Obviously, I was very blessed and fortunate that I was there at the right time and the right place to love her when she needed me," he said. "And we've gone through a lot of stuff and the journey has been long, it's a personal one to both of us, but I'm very blessed and really happy that things are where they are. The future is unseen and unpredictable, but for the moment and as we live by the moment, it's great."

Something that we are guaranteed to see in the future is Demi and Wilmer's on-screen chemistry. Demi joined the cast of “From Dusk Till Dawn,” the supernatural thriller on which Wilmer stars as crime lord Carlos.

"She came to play with us and it was really cool. I can't say who she plays because it's very unpredictable how she comes about and it's very unpredictable in the season and it's a very pivotal point of the shows story line," he said. "It's actually a very important character."

And Wilmer has no complaints mixing business with pleasure saying the whole experience was "really great."

"Going to work together was hilarious getting up in the morning and going to work together was pretty funny but it was great, I had a great time," he said. "It's really cool to share each other's talent on screen and be able to have that as a memory is cool."
