A Wu-Tang Affiliate Confronted Action Bronson On Behalf Of Ghostface

Popa Wu steps in.

After years of what appeared to be mutual respect, Action Bronson and Ghostface Killah got into a bit of a tiff last month. And now one of Ghost's Wu-Tang affiliates looks like he's stepping in.

Popa Wu, a veteran affiliated with the Staten Island crew, who has appeared on a number of their tracks, posted a pic on Tuesday that appeared to show him confronting Bronson. "This wat we do I'm 4 real Popawu u F-k with my mine u get Chestties Wu 4ever," he wrote in the caption.

If you're wondering why he would do that, or what this is all about, here's a quick refresher:

Bronson's voice has long been compared to Ghost's, but both have remained cordial towards and praising of the other. During an appearance on ESPN in July, Bam Bam said, "No matter what, you're gonna get a comparison; I'm just glad it's one of the greats." But then, he added, "He's not rapping like this no more."

Before long, an apology ensued.

That wasn't enough, though. As a response, Ghost posted a video where he seemed less than pleased. “You got this little fake ass n---a Action Bronson running around sounding like me,” he said. “I want to tell this fat f--k something: I gave you a grace period, n---a. I was supposed to destroy your ass a long time ago.”

Let's hope things don't escalate any further.
