Think back to where you were on July 29, 2014 (exactly one year ago today) when the world first got acquainted with "Bang Bang" -- that explosive single from the holy pop triumvirate of Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj and Jessie J.

The song has had quite the shelf life in the past 12 months, going multiplatinum and peaking at number three (!) on the Billboard Hot 100. And it's not a competition for talent, as we learned from both Ari and Jessie crushing Nicki's rapid-fire raps as well as their own parts.

Earlier today, J took to Instagram to remind us why we fell in love with the song in the first place.

Aw. Just like July 2k14, guys -- with Jessie's BFF Holly added into the mix as well.

Jessie followed those up with a pair of impromptu vids of her singing her inner thoughts, including ones where she'd rather procrastinating by singing in the stairwell than getting ready. Same, J. Same.
