'Terminator Genisys' Star Emilia Clarke Explains Why Robots Are Preferable To Dragons

"Fireproofing in a Dior dress sucks."

With reporting by Josh Horowitz

Between her long-awaited "Game of Thrones" flight on Drogon's back earlier this month and her team-up with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the upcoming "Terminator Genisys," Emilia Clarke has already had a banner summer when it comes to managing deadly, difficult-to-manage fictional creatures with aplomb.

So when MTV News met up with the actress for a sit-down ahead of the "Terminator" premiere, we just had to ask: which is easier to train -- a dragon, or a Terminator?

"I don't know, because Terminators can do a lot of helpful things," she answered, after lamenting the fact that in real life, she can't even manage to train her dog. "You know what I mean? They're really good at carrying your shopping."

Actually no, Emilia -- I don't know, but I really wish I did.

Anyway, the actress went on to explain that, when it comes to house-training, dragons are the absolute worst: because Terminators might kill your friends, but dragons will burn up your drapery and no one needs that.

"Terminators... he just kept killing everyone, and I had to tell him to calm down on that because it just gets in the way sometimes," she concluded. "But then the dragons will burn everything -- you have to fireproof everything, it's a nightmare... fireproofing in a Dior dress sucks."

We'll take your word for it on that one! Check out the video above to find out what else Clarke had to say -- including why she wants to stick a pair of wings on the Backstreet Boys.

"Terminator Genisys" hits theaters on July 1.
