Things are looking North up for Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West: the couple, who just celebrated their first wedding anniversary, are reportedly expecting their second child together.

In a teaser clip that aired after tonight's (May 31) mid-season finale of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the E! reality show that documents the lives of Kim and her family, Kardashian revealed to sister Khloe that she is pregnant.

"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim gushed.

There's no news yet on when we can expect the new addition to the Kardashian-West family, but we're sure North -- whose second birthday is coming right up on June 15 -- will be an amazing big sister.

Kardashian live-tweeted Sunday night's episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," teasing "exciting news" ahead of the show.

Kim and Kanye have been open about their desire for a second child. Kardashian recently told E! News, "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try. It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"
