Endorsements are rolling in for the 2016 presidential candidates, and now we know who has Ja Rule's vote.

During an interview with Fox Business News on Thursday, May 7, Ja revealed that he'll be in Hillary's corner -- but he took a very diplomatic route, admitting, “I like Hillary -- but it’s crazy because I also think Jeb [Bush] is a good candidate as well."

Unexpected. "But I’m a Democrat so I would vote Hillary," he added.

The Queens rapper also shared his feelings on the recent protests in Baltimore over the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray.

"I think it’s a very sad situation whats going on in Baltimore," he said. "[And] it's not just Baltimore, I think this is going on throughout the country. What’s going on in our urban communities with the police – somebody needs to be the peacemaker, to bring it all together, to make things better on that front."

When asked if he thinks that an artist would be fit for that kind of leadership, he explained that being an entertainer and a "conscious voice for the next generation" is "a tough line to balance."

"I don’t know who's going to step up to be our leader, so to speak, but as long as we keep marching peacefully, I think that’s the best way for us to get our point across."
