Hilary Duff Tells Us She Had A Nerdy Pokémon Obsession When She Was ‘Younger’

She just had to collect them all!

Hilary Duff didn't have a particularly normal childhood. The star of Disney Channel's mega-successful series "Lizzie McGuire," Duff spent her formative years in the spotlight. But that doesn't mean she didn't have time to enjoy the simple pleasures of being a '90s kid -- like collecting Pokémon cards, obsessing over Uncle Jessie on "Full House," and wearing the s--t out of butterfly hair clips.

Speaking to MTV News, the 27-year-old actress opened up about a few of her favorite things from her younger days. (You know, because her new TV Land show is called "Younger.") As it turns out, Duff was your quintessential '90s kid -- and she totally would have been the Baby Spice in your group of friends.

While it's unclear what Duff's favorite Pokémon was -- when we asked, the actress told us she couldn't remember its name -- we'd put money on it either being Eevee or Dratini. Because let's be real: they were the cutest of the bunch.
