Last night at The Divergent Series: Insurgent premiere, everyone looked undeniably amazing. Like, can you imagine being on the set of this movie? Remembering your lines would be extremely difficult because, uh, everyone just looks so good always. Looking good, though, doesn't always mean you feel good—especially when it comes to your feet.

Take Shailene Woodley, for example:

On the red carpet, she looked gorgeous in a plunging black Ralph Lauren gown and pointy heels. Because she is a #HERO, Shailene couldn't even deal with wearing the heels for the entire evening, and left the premiere barefoot.

See? Same gown, new gray coat, and mysteriously absent shoes. It's not like she just took them off to watch the movie and forgot to put them on when she stepped outside.

Nope. Like, she walked on New York City's streets with bare feet. I know Shailene is ~one with nature~ and all that, but, um, New York is not nature. Once my flip-flop broke and I was forced to walk to the nearest Urban Outfitters with one shoe on and my feet have never been the same since. That was five years ago!!

Fear not, though—Shay put on some flat, black shoes for the after-party. Shailene Woodley, she's just like us—she brings flats out with her, despite beginning the evening in heels. Maybe we should hang out? We can drink bone broth together and discuss tips for fitting flats into your bag for a night out.
