Congrats, Carrie Underwood!

The country singer welcomed her first child with husband Mike Fisher on Friday, and now she's debuting little baby Isaiah to the world.

“Tiny hands and tiny feet... God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born on February 27," she wrote on Instagram today (March 3), accompanying a shot of a wittle baby hand. "Welcome to the world, sweet angel!"

The couple, who married in 2010, announced the pregnancy on Labor Day (appropriate) with a photo of their dogs.

Carrie and Mike made a big deal out of discovering the baby's gender, having the doctor write it down so they could read it when they were ready at a nice restaurant.

"[It was] just the two of us in a nicer setting, but we both knew," she told ABC in November. "So, that was just confirming our suspicions. We didn't really speak of it before, 'cause we were both just like, 'Whatever. It's all good.' But we knew it was a boy."
