The 11 Best Coats From Sundance (So Far)

Serving serious #Snowmageddon2015 vibes.

If you happen to be in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival, there's a good chance you'll spot more than a few bundled-up celebs trudging their way through the slushy sidewalks to get from one fabulous event to another. From Lena Dunham to Ryan Reynolds, our faves have been stepping out in some pretty cute winter looks that are not only fashion-forward, but are warm enough to keep them from freezing their buns off (which is extremely important to us when it comes to Ryan Reynolds, for obvious reasons).

We still have a long winter ahead of us (*sheds 1,000 tears*), so check out our picks for the best coats at Sundance below for some quality ~blizzard inspo~.

Lena Dunham

Lena Dunham

It might be cold AF outside, but looking at Lena's olive green Sorel coat has us feeling warmer already. Layered on top of an adorable-sweater-collared-shirt combo, the "Girls" creator looks ready to take on the Park City streets.

Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie

"The Wolf Of Wall Street"'s Margot Robbie combines fashion AND function in this supa-kewl military-esque jacket. Between the double zippers, turtleneck croptop and her #chic printed sunglasses, we bow at the feet of this winter ensemble.

Thanks to the vision Margot's fluffy white coat is giving us (cuddling in a horse-drawn carriage with Leonardo DiCaprio while sipping hot chocolate, OBVIOUSLY), it was 100% necessary to include her on this list twice.

Alison Brie

If every puffy coat on earth was as pretty as Alison Brie's, the world would be a much happier place.

Jason Momoa

Jason Momoa

Something tells us Khal Drogo would wholeheartedly approve of Jason Momoa's floor-length fur coat. Also, don't quote us on this, but we suspect his hat is made of dragon hide.

Hailee Steinfeld

Hailee Steinfeld

We're just going to come right out and say it: Hailee Steinfeld looks better in her navy "cape" than any superhero ever has. Pure class.

Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds

Was Ryan Reynolds' red-and-black checkered Sundance look inspired by our lumbersexual quiz? We're gonna go with a solid HELL YEAH.

Cobie Smulders

Cobie Smulders

She might spend her days kicking ass in "Marvel's Agents Of Shield," but we're really digging the soft, feminine pale blue of Cobie's duster. She looks fab, no? On another note, we're surprised her bare legs aren't the same color as her coat but whatever, you do you, gurl. WERK that frostbite.

Brit Marling

Brit Marling

Indie movie darling Brit Marling (hah, see what we did there?) definitely had one of the most interesting coats at the festival this year. Instead of sticking with basic black, she upped the fashion ante with some pretty rad patches of colorful stripes and patterns that have us DROOLING over here.

Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams

Did you just feel a giant wave of 90s nostalgia rush over you, too? Because the destroyed denim coat that Jessica Williams wore to Lena Dunham's Planned Parenthood event has all the makings of a Lisa Bonet throwback.

Brie Larson

Brie Larson

The checkered print of Brie Larson's puffer caught our eyes immediately. She can just as easily wear this coat while frolicking around Utah as she can hitting the slopes (whether it's snowboarding or snow tubing, we don't judge). We'll take two, in every color, kthx.
