If you go to enough bars, you'll be ejected from at least one of them. At which point, you can walk away with (some of) your dignity intact -- or you can try pulling off a John McClane stealth mission...

Hugh McMahon, an 18-year-old from Ireland, allegedly favored the latter strategy. While partying at the nightclub Sin City in Surfers Paradise, Australia (which, BTW, is the greatest name of any town anywhere), McMahon got kicked out for falling asleep on a couch, authorities say.

He allegedly sneaked back in, got bounced again and then went for the ultimate hat trick: Crawling through the roof's ductwork. Unfortunately, this plan seems to have backfired, as the Queensland Fire Service reportedly had to rescue the teenager at 1:30 a.m. after he screamed for assistance from inside the nightclub's ventilation system.

"Drunk or sober it is a remarkably stupid thing you've done," the magistrate told McMahon in court, fining him $2,600 in Australian dollars (approximately $2,100 in U.S. currency) for trespassing and property damage. "You only have yourself to blame."

In the video below, McMahon refuses to comment on the debacle, aside from "this is really weird." C'mon, man, you could at least give us a "yippee-ki-yay, motherf---er."
