Everyone's favorite "Madagascar" lemur is here to help parents catch a few extra hours without the kids this New Year's Eve.
Netflix announced the "King Julien New Year's Eve Countdown" as a part of it's "All Hail King Julien" series, and the three-minute clip might just rival "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve."

Chock full of leaping, gyrating lemurs going buck-wild for the new year, the short video can be streamed at any point in the night to trick young children into thinking the clock has struck midnight.
Child-weary parents and nannies don't even have to wait until December 31 -- the special is already available to stream on the site.

Netflix's idea isn't totally out of left field. CNN Money says that about 34% of parents tell their kids it's January 1 well before the clock strikes midnight every year.
