Seems like music fans every where are excited for the release of Nicki Minaj's The Pinkprint, and now you can add rapper/producer and reality show star Yung Berg to that long list.

The Grammy-nominated Berg, who goes by the name Hit Maka! when he's behind the boards, took to Instagram on Thursday (Dec. 11) to celebrate his production credits on Nicki's upcoming album. “I worked on 4 songs on Nicki Minaj “PINKPRINT” Monday the album drops,” he wrote. “'Want Some More' Feat. Jeremih I co-wrote hook and co-produced beat.”

The VH1 "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star spoke to Rap-Up TV in July about his initial involvement with Nicki’s upcoming project. “The Pinkprint is the female Blueprint,” he said. “Jay Z put out The Blueprint. I think The Pinkprint really personifies that, and not only that, I’m really involved in it.”

On top of “Want Some More,” the producer worked on “Favorite” (featuring Jeremih), “Buy a Heart” (featuring Meek Mill) and “Shanghai.”

This is positive news for Berg, who made the news after an alleged domestic assault with his girlfriend Masika Kalysha Tucker in November. After the incident he was fired from the VH1 show.
