Part of being the boss means staying healthy. Just ask Rick Ross, who has lost a significant amount of weight in the last few months. On Monday (November 17), Rozay teamed up with Funny Or Die to let fans in on his strict daily workout plan, which he calls "RossFit."
The unorthodox regiment includes wearing heavy chains, taking a wing break, bopping your head to his new album, Hood Billionaire, and bathing in money. Ross also calls out the other boss, Bruce Springsteen, towards the end of the video.
Unfortunately, RossFit isn't expected to be available ever. But you can still take notes. We're not sure how many pounds you'll lose, but it sure seems enticing -- no sweat.
The FOD clip is a comedic take on the hip-hop heavyweight's actual fitness routine. Earlier this year, Ross revealed that he had started eating more fruit and working out with an actual trainer.
Looks like Rozay has been in a good mood lately, because on November 12 he came through to MTV News a filmed a hilarious sketch where he took over as the Bawse for a day.
