Young Thug isn't a man of many words, but when he does speak...there's rarely a dull moment, and he's certainly not one to mince words.

In his new GQ feature, for example, he's bluntly asked whether or not he tried to kill Lil Wayne -- that lengthy police indictment surrounding Weezy's tour bus shooting was a bit alarming to read -- and there's no hesitation, when he replies, "F--k no."

He's also asked if it bothers him that Wayne, who he's constantly named as one of his biggest idols, pretty much does not F with him at this point.

"Maybe if I was a peasant it would," he responds. "But of course it bothers me some, because that’s what I always wanted. It was so weird: I always wanted to be in the studio with Wayne. I would tell Birdman to bring him over, but he never f--king came."

I'm confused and intrigued by his use of "peasant" during multiple explanations here, but that's Thugger for ya. Things even got a little existential as he continued to talk about his YMCMB idol.

"I feel like if [Wayne] had the chance to be himself or me, he’d be me. If I had the chance to be myself or him, I’d be him," he said. "That man is the greatest. If we had the biggest problem in the world, I’d still say he’s the best rapper in the f--king world. Everybody knows nobody raps better than the f--king boss."

Elsewhere, we got the Atlanta rapper's thoughts on Drake vs. Meek Mill: "Tough month for Drake, tough life for the other guy."

Insight on why he started wearing women's clothing when he was 12 years old: "Because women’s clothes are [slimmer] than men’s clothes. The jeans I got on right now, they’re women’s jeans. But they fit how they’re supposed to fit. Like a rock star. The only thing I probably have in men’s is, like, briefs. T-shirts. Ninety percent of my clothes are women’s.

And, the formula for his make-up: "Ninety-nine percent of me is rock star. Of course, I’m a natural-born gangster. Who don’t know that?"
