'Gilmore Girls' Band Reunited For A Basement Jam Session

Your fictional TV band dreams do come true.

While we've been breezing through "Gilmore Girls" on Netflix (I'm already on season seven, no shame) we somehow missed the reunion of Lane's band Hep Alien!

Stars Hollow's (only?) indie band got back together almost two weeks ago for a basement gig, performing The White Stripes' "Fell In Love With A Girl" -- among other songs -- and we have John Cabrera's (who played Brian) Twitter as evidence.

Tonight @KeikoAgena got back on the drums for Fell In Love With A Girl. @Todd__Lowe & I had to join in. #GilmoreGirls pic.twitter.com/pmWooUxpga

Almost all the bandmates were present -- even "True Blood"'s Tod Lowe (Zach). I guess former Skid Row frontman, Sebastian Bach (Gil), was busy with his heavy-metal "Tour of Hell." And Adam Brody (Dave) moved to California in season three, changing his name to Seth Cohen (hey, "The O.C."!), so we can understand why he was a no-show.

The versatile band played covers from The Monkees' "I'm a Believer" to Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl."

Wondering what Hep Alien is up to now? You can find Keiko Agena guest-starring in shows such as "Scandal" and "Shameless," and performing with her band Flying Platforms -- oh, and doing improv at iO and UCB in LA. John Cabrera (Brian), on the other hand, created a digital series called "H+" with "X-Men" director Bryan Singer.

Hopefully this is the start to more beautiful GG reunions soon.
