Girl You Know It's True: Mac Miller Finds A Forgotten Musical Masterpiece

Well, sort of. When the rapper returns to his hometown record store, he unearths an infamous '80s album.

As a rapper, Mac Miller lives and breathes music, so it's no surprise that he has an appreciation for the, um, classics.

In this bonus scene from "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family," the Pittsburgh native visits his hometown to receive a prestigious key to the city. Along the way, he visits one of his favorite hotspots: Jerry's Records. There, he flips through loads of old vinyl albums, until he stumbles upon...

"Wow -- Milli Vanilli!" Mac says. "One of the most respected hip-hop groups of all time."

*Insert revoked-Grammy joke here*

The record store owner, meanwhile, easily recognizes Mac. "Ain't seen you since you were a little small," Jerry says. "I think you used to live up here quite a bit on lunch hour and after school."

Check out the full clip to see the rest of Mac's walk down memory lane, and don't miss more "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family" Wednesdays at 11:30/10:30c on MTV2.
