Directed by Frank Borin, the clip is reportedly for the quartet's Simon & Garfunkel-inspired Meet The Vamps track, "Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart)." Given how breezy and beach-friendly that song is, the shoot location would make sense, and Twitter seems to agree. But enough with all these non-shirtless topics of discussion.
