Jessica Simpson is officially a newlywed again! Jessica, 33, wore a custom gown by Carolina Herrera for the outdoor ceremony to wed former NFL player Eric Johnson, 34, today (July 5) in Santa Barbara, California.

The wedding was held at the San Ysidro Ranch with over 250 friends and family in attendance, including Jessica's sister Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross, Jessica Alba and more.

In a statement to PEOPLE, the couple expressed their joy. "To say 'I do' in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives. We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment."

The couple began dating in May 2010 when they were introduced through friends, and have been engaged since November of 2010. It's the second marriage for both Jessica and Eric, but the pair have already began their family. In fact, they had to put their wedding on hold twice, first for the birth of their daughter Maxwell, and then again for another pregnancy — their son Ace who was born last June.

Both the couple's children were part of the ceremony. At just one year old, Ace was a ring bearer, and Maxwell, 2, was the flower girl, accompanied down the aisle by Ashlee Simpson's five-year-old son Bronx. What an adorable wedding party!
