After showing off his new Bugatti, a new present from "Uncle Stunna," a.k.a. Cash Money CEO Birdman, the Biebs snapped a selfie in the studio that seemed to show off a new tattoo. Wait, wasn't it only last week that the star swore off new ink? That didn't last long. The latest addition to his growing collection is a neck piece that simply reads "patience."

Get Ready For A 'Monster' Sized Movie Awards
Eminem and Rihanna will perform their hit "The Monster" at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards this Sunday. The pair joins Ellie Goulding, Zedd and twenty one pilots as performers. Also announced? "Replay" singer Zendaya and "Teen Wolf" star Tyler Posey will join our two MTV News correspondents on the red carpet as co-hosts of the live pre-show. The show kicks off live on April 13 at 8:30 p.m. EST.
