It's A Boy: Kate Winslet Gives Birth

Actress and husband Ned Rocknroll welcomed their first child, her reps confirmed Monday.

It's a boy! Actress Kate Winslet and her husband, businessman Ned Rocknroll, have welcomed a baby boy, her representatives confirmed on Monday. The two will celebrate their first wedding anniversary in two weeks.

It's the couple's first child together, and the name has not yet been released. Winslet has two children from previous marriages: 13-year-old Mia and 9-year-old Joe. There's also no word on whether the baby will use Winslet's last name or Rocknroll's adopted moniker (he was born Ned Abel Smith, but changed his name in 2008).

Winslet and Rocknroll quietly tied the knot in December 2012, and last summer it was confirmed that the two would be parents.

A rep for Winslet told E! News that "baby and mother are doing great," and MailOnline that the new mom and dad are "thrilled to bits."

It's funny timing too: Winslet's latest film, due out January 31, is called "Labor Day." (For the record, it's not that kind of labor.)

Beyond the basic details of name, size and adorableness on a scale of one to 10, we're dying to know whether Leonardo DiCaprio had a role in the birth. After all, Winslet's "Titanic" co-star and BFF walked her down the aisle at the wedding, and we wouldn't be so shocked to hear that he's the little one's godfather.

One thing is for sure: There's a new King of the World on the scene.

MTV News has reached out to Winslet's reps for further information.
