Last year, MTV singled out the likes of Fun., Frank Ocean and A$AP Rocky for breakout success ... and while we're not ones to brag, well, we told you so.

So in 2013, we're at it again, hand-picking 13 acts we think are poised for big things in the new year ... as part of our Artist To Watch campaign. Every two weeks, MTV will feature an up-and-coming artist to be showcased across our many screens, including on-air, online and through our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts. We'll bring you exclusive interviews, live performances and music videos from our favorite new artists.

And just who are our Artist To Watch in 2013? Well, here's the list: Alt-J, Joey Bada$$, Becky G, Robert Delong, Gold Fields, Hunter Hayes, Trinidad James, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Austin Mahone, Twenty One Pilots, the Weeknd, Jessie Ware and Zedd.

To kick off our Artist To Watch campaign, MTV will host a showcase at New York's Highline Ballroom on January 16, featuring performances from Zedd, Jessie Ware, Twenty One Pilots and Robert Delong. We'll also be hosting additional live events in New York and other cities throughout the year.

It all gets under way this week, with exclusive video premieres on AMTV, mtvU and MTV Hits from a pair of out Artist to Watch: Robert Delong's "Global Concepts" on January 8 and Zedd feat. Foxes' "Clarity" on January 10. Individual Artist to Watch campaigns will launch beginning on January 28.
