Katy Perry, B.o.B, Usher and Ke$ha among other top download sellers.

It's no surprise that [artist id="502642"]Eminem[/artist] tops the iTunes year-end sales chart. His Recovery album is the best-selling disc of 2010 according to Nielsen SoundScan, and hits such as "Love the Way You Lie" and "Not Afraid" have given Marshall Mathers the biggest crossover success of his career.

iTunes -- which does not reveal detailed sales data -- released its year-end tally of top-selling songs, albums, movies, book and apps on Thursday (December 9), and if you've been following their weekly charts, most of the names on the final list won't surprise you.

Right behind Em on the album chart was Ke$ha's breakthrough, Animal, followed by Lady Gaga's The Fame, Lady Antebellum's Need You Now, Taylor Swift's Speak Now, Drake's Thank Me Later, Mumford & Sons' Sign No More, the Black Eyed Peas' The E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies), Jack Johnson's To the Sea and Sade's Soldier of Love.

The singles chart was topped by Train, who scored a mega-smash with "Hey, Soul Sister," which beat out the equally ubiquitous "California Gurls" by Katy Perry and Em's "Love the Way You Lie." B.o.B was in the fourth slot with "Airplanes," right ahead of Taio Cruz's "Dynamite," which was followed by Usher's "OMG," Cruz's "Break Your Heart," Ke$ha's "Tik Tok," Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" and Em's "Not Afraid."

In the year-end reckoning, iTunes dubbed Slim Shady its Artist of the Year, writing that Em's "forceful and inspirational narrative provided listeners with necessary motivation in 2010." The Black Keys' excellent Brothers was named Album of the Year and B.o.B the Best New Artist of 2010. Beach House took the Best Alternative Album crown for Teen Dream, the Sleigh Bells' "Infinity Guitars" was named Best Alternative Single, and Best Coast's Crazy for You was deemed Breakthrough Alternative Album.

Drake's Thank Me Later won Best Hip-Hop Album, while Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday was dubbed Best Breakthrough Album, and Eminem snagged Best Hip-Hop Single for "Love the Way You Lie."

When it comes to iTunes sales and rentals of movies, "The Hurt Locker" topped the list, with "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," "Hot Tub Time Machine," "Iron Man 2," "Zombieland," "Kick-Ass," "2012," "Shutter Island" and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" also making the list.

You can guess what was tops on the list of top-selling TV episodes: "Glee." The "Power of Madonna" episode beat all comers, with the series finale of "Lost" just behind, followed by the iCarly episode "iSaved Your Life," the Family Guy's "Big Man on Hippocampus," the classic "Medicinal Fried Chicken" episode of "South Park" and "Gossip Girl" 's "Belles du Jour." Also making the list were episodes of "Mad Men," the pilot for "Pretty Little Liars," "The Vampire Diaries" and "Wizards of Waverly Place."
