'Switch' Stars Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman Debate Donating Bodily Fluids

'I'd have to say sperm,' Aniston says at film's L.A. premiere about which is the sexier donation.

In Jenifer Aniston's new comedy, [movie id="366463"]"The Switch,"[/movie] her character Kassie Larson decides to have a child all on her own. And when her best friend, played by Jason Bateman, switches his sperm for her donor, Roland (Patrick Wilson), craziness ensues.

All that frank talk of those little plastic cups had MTV News wondering one thing at the film's L.A. premiere: Which gift of life is it sexier to donate: blood or sperm? The cast was pretty evenly split by the somewhat icky decision.

"I'd have to say sperm," Aniston shared. "It depends on your situation, I'd have to say."

Though he has the honor of playing a sperm donor on the big screen, Wilson opted not to make that his real-life choice. "Blood banks are suffering these days," he said. "I think the blood bank might be pretty important."

Jon Heder added, "I've only donated blood, so I'd have to go with that one."

Juliette Lewis summed them up as "both vital signs of life in this day and age," however Bateman got a bit philosophical about the choice.

"Oh, boy! I think it depends on what part of the world you're in. Different parts of the world need different fluids," he explained. "Well, if I was in China, they wouldn't need any extra sperm. If we were in, let's say, Afghanistan, they might need some extra blood. I think here in America our fluids are tip-top. Thank god we live in a lucky place."
