If anyone thought Kristin Cavallari would bring nothing but a new face to "The Hills" next season, they're in for a surprise. Holly Montag says that with Kristin joining the show, it's nothing like the days of Lauren Conrad.
"I've seen a little, but honestly, she came in like a whirlwind ever since the first day at the wedding, the Speidi wedding," Montag told MTV News. "Ever since, I think, 'The Hills' has been changed."
Holly admits that whatever drama is going on, she doesn't have much to do with it. The show has many drama queens, but she says she's not one of them. "In fact, I'm taking a step back from that whole thing. I've never been that dramatic to begin with," she said. "They have a lot of stuff I don't need to interfere with."
Less interfering also means less screen time for Heidi's older sister, which is fine for Holly since she has other interests she'd like to chase. "I'm just pursuing a lot of different things right now," she said. "I have a jewelry line, [Coquette], coming out, and I do improv classes, I want to do movies. That's really my main passion."
She explained that she loves being a part of "The Hills," but it isn't really like her to stir the pot (unless we're talking about Speidi's rehearsal dinner last season and a beef with Spencer that she's since put behind her). "As much as I love 'The Hills' — [and] of course the MTV family, which has been nothing but wonderful to me — I choose to let the younger kids bring up the drama."
