Outkast, Offspring, P.O.D., More To Play San Diego's Street Scene

James Brown, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Cake, Jurassic 5 also slated to perform.

Outkast, the Offspring, P.O.D. and the Black Crowes are among the acts set to play this year's Street Scene festival in San Diego.

The festival will feature 100 bands on 12 stages from September 7-9, according to organizers. Friday features an "Old School Meets New School Hip-Hop" stage, with Jurassic 5, Dilated Peoples, Doug E. Fresh, Whodini and Young MC, while Saturday's lineup includes an '80s stage with the Fixx, Berlin, the Motels and Men at Work's Colin Hay.

Other performers lined up for the 18th annual festival, which bills itself as California's largest, include Counting Crows, Cheap Trick, Cake, Long Beach Dub Allstars, James Brown and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic. A full artist listing is available at www.street-scene.com.
