702's LeMisha Becomes A New Mother

For the ladies of 702, things just keep getting better.

The group is riding high with the hit "Where My Girls At," and more good news came last week when group member LeMisha Grinstead gave birth to a baby boy.

Grinstead gave birth to a baby boy in the group's hometown of Las Vegas on Friday, June 18. The boy, named Tony Lyndon, weighed in at 7 lbs., 11.7 oz. The new mother and baby boy are said to be doing fine, and LeMisha is expected to rejoin the group in August. The group is currently on the road as part of Brandy's Never Say Never Tour, and LeMisha's younger sister Orish Grinstead is filling in during her sister's absence.

The Never Say Never tour, which kicked off last week, also features Silk and C-Note. Meanwhile, 702's "Where My Girls At" was recently certified gold, and the group's self-titled album will enter the "Billboard" album chart in the top 40 next week.
