Lit is scheduled to shoot a video Thursday in Manhattan Beach, California for a song that the band wrote specifically for the soundtrack to the upcoming animated film "Titan A.E.

The new song, "Over My Head," was written by Lit and produced by Glen Ballard (Alanis Morisette, No Doubt). The video will be directed by Mark Gerard (Aaliyah, Babyface) and will feature the members of Lit performing against a backdrop of the animated celestial universe of "Titan A.E." Throughout the clip, the bandmembers will dodge enemy attacks and even interact with some of the "Titan A.E." animated characters.

Music From The Motion Picture Titan A.E." also features Powerman 5000, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Texas, The Urge, Splashdown, and the now-defunct Luscious Jackson. The soundtrack was produced by Glen Ballard and is due on June 6th.

Titan A.E." features the voices of Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, Bill Pullman, and Janeane Garofalo and hits theaters June 16th.

Lit is also slated to perform at the movie's premiere on June 13.
