Los Angeles Gets Surprise Wu-Tang Clan Reunion

Although the RZA was the only scheduled performer at a Sunday, May 21 show at Los Angeles' House Of Blues, the audience was treated to a surprise partial reunion when a number of Wu-Tang Clan members took the stage during RZA's show.

As reported by the "Los Angeles Times," the RZA let his Clan members do most of the work as he lurked in the background, looking on as "abbot" while his disciples tore through Clan classics. Ghostface Killah, who is enjoying success with his current single "Cherchez La Ghost," joined Raekwon and affiliated Clan member Cappadonna for "Ice Cream," while Inspectah Deck joined the RZA for the early Clan banger "Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing Ta F'Wit.

The "Los Angeles Times" reported that the performance suffered from long breaks between songs and that RZA's performance was overshadowed by the energy of the other Clan members.
