Limp, STP, Creed, More Headed To "Picnic"

Limp Bizkit, Stone Temple Pilots, Godsmack, Creed, the Deftones, and Sevendust will be among the artists giving props to New York's modern rock radio outpost KROCK next month at the station's annual Dysfunctional Family Picnic.

This year's affair, dubbed DFP 4.0, will see the aforementioned acts descend on Holmdel, New Jersey's PNC Arts Center on June 23 for the show. The station also promises that another special guest will be announced in the coming weeks.

The show will also boast appearances by some as-yet-unnamed WWF superstars.

Limp is returning to the affair after playing last year's Dysfunctional Family Picnic with Rage Against The Machine, Kid Rock, Blink-182, Rob Zombie, Live, Lo Fidelity All Stars, and others.

The show is the New York area's entry in the summer radio station concert season, which sees its unofficial launch on Memorial Day weekend with Washington, D.C.'s WHFStival. That show boasts sets from Rage Against The Machine,

Stone Temple Pilots, Third Eye Blind, Cypress Hill, Godsmack, the Bloodhound Gang, the Deftones, and others (see [article id="1433550"]"Rage, STP, 3EB, Others On For HFStival"[/article]).
