Alice Cooper Finally Hands Over "A Fistful"

June 24 [14:00 EDT] -- Alice Cooper's long awaited "Fistful of Alice" CD will be released July 29 on Guardian Records according to Billboard. The tracks, live re-workings of classic Alice hits, were recorded early in 1996 at Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo in Cabo San Lucas, Baja, Mexico with guests including Hagar, Slash and Rob Zombie. The record, already available in the U.K. and Japan, has been expected since January.

A studio track called "Is Anyone Home," is also on the CD.

Cooper is currently playing festivals in Europe and returns home for a couple of warm-up dates followed by a shed tour of the States from August 2 - 31 with Dokken, Warrant and Slaughter. He heads to Australia in September.
