Next Gets Game With Boyz II Men

Next is currently wrapping up a stint on the current leg of Boyz II Men's tour, which also features Destiny's Child and Uncle Sam.

Spending time on the road with a seasoned band like Boyz II Men has been a learning experience for the fledgling Next, who now admit to looking up to Boyz II Men like brothers.

"[They're] like an older brother group," Next vocalist T-Lo told the MTV Radio Network, "and being that I'm the oldest brother in Next, now I feel I got older brothers. And they're letting us know the do's and don'ts about this industry, because it'll rip you apart, and we know that." [400k Audio]

The friendly sibling rivalry between the two groups has also spilled onto the courts, as Boyz II Men and Next are embroiled in a series of basketball pick-up games while on the road, with the Boyz currently up four games to three with one week remaining.

Next will release its next single, "I Still Love You," on July 21, and plan to shoot a video for the track with director Billy Woodruff.
