Big Pun Tracks To Appear On New "D.I.T.C." Album

Rapper Big Pun is gone but not forgotten, and fans can hear the late Pun on a pair of new tracks, "Where Ya At" and "Drop It Heavy," which will be featured on the self-titled album from D.I.T.C.

D.I.T.C. stands for Diggin' In The Crates, a hip-hop term for sifting through vinyl albums for samples and beats, and the ad hoc group features a crew of rappers, including Fat Joe, the late Big L, Diamond, O.C., Buckwild, A.G., and Lord Finesse.

KRS-One and Fate Joe's Terror Squad cohort, Cuban Link, also appear on the "D.I.T.C." LP, due out on Tommy Boy Records on February 22. Big Pun's label, Loud Records, has yet to set a new release date for the rapper's second album, "Yeehah Baby," which was originally due out in April, but will likely be delayed for a few weeks.
