Phil, you are an amazing wakeboarder - you were bred for it. I remember watching your part a long time ago (maybe on a liquid force video) where you fell on your back, would slide for about 30 seconds and then got back up (I think you were wearing a dry suit). You are a very talented wakeboarder and winning is your style. It is clear that you are a perfectionist and wakeboarding is your passion and life. If I may offer some advice as a big brother and life-long wakeboarding fan: 1. Enjoy the time being young with your brothers, wakeboarding, encouraging each other, and being on top of the wakeboarding world. I understand how little brothers are annoying, especially with one as eccentric as Bob, crossing boundries with MTV cameras, sharing a home with you. But enjoy it because it won't last for ever. Let your guard down, give your brother a hug, hang out with him without putting him down or shoving him. It might be uncomfortable at first, but that's the good kind of "out of your comfort zone". You are a perfectionist, but try practicing being a perfectionist in areas other than wakeboarding. Also, there are thousands of fans/amatures/pros that would kill to get 3rd on tour. Be gracious because it reflects better on you and it's what your fans want to see. Congratulate the victor and let him have his day in the spotlight, smile, try harder for the next competition. You are a cool guy and i will always be your fan. I wish I could ride like you. Bob, now that the MTV cameras have stopped don't cross too many boundries with your brother. You are awesome and funny and a great wakeboarder. I want to see another show with you guys but with you guys as a team, as buds, rather than as enemies competition. You guys are great! Great wakeboarders and great people. I loved the show. Best show I've ever seen on MTV, but I'm biased because I've loved wakeboarding for the last 14 years (I grew up watching Mayday, six-pack, and detention). Great show! You guys rule!!!
