i don't think being black in a majority white area is a big deal. im black and ive lived in all white places my whole life, always being one of the few black girls in my school! and i dont feel out of place! maybe cause i'm used to it. i get along with everyone. most rich people like to be friends with other rich people. thats why rich white people don't hang with white trash! same concept. if Brittney was rich too she'd have no problem fitting in..she would be friends with most of the people at those parties and not be stuck with the Ashleigh girl. i mean yeah people will notice that you're black but thats not a problem to most people...
