Rocky seriously has all my respect. This is a guy who has a reason to despise himself, and not out of superficial circumstances such as the girls in the "I hate my face" episode who have mental disorders in which they complain about minor and unnoticeable defects about their faces. This guy has a "real" and noticeable issue. An issue which 99.9% of our materialistic society find physically undesirable. But I have nothing but love for him because he is willing to struggle to change this. Rocky, good luck bro! Never stop fighting until you triumph what you're fighting for.

Rocky- congrats! I'm going to be having WLS in the next 2 weeks n Im excited to start this new life. HOWEVER, the reason I felt so compelled to write a comment was because of ur family. My father is middle eastern and it's very difficult to combine two very different cultures, especially if ur parents are asian! Ive been bitter towards my dad cause he has kept me hidden away from family for 15 years cause I am big. I realize now that it was in his mind protecting me. Glad u n ur dad can talk

sweetie, you are a true inspiration to me, I to have a weight problem. God, knows it is not easy to lose weight, but I am so inspired by you and you are a true survivor and I know about eating big meals because I lived like that believing it was okay to eat like that. I have three brothers and I am the only girl. An having Diabetes type 2 is hard but I have true friends and family some that believe in me and I believe in you and god bless you my friend.:) <3

Amy think you for sharing that, I know how tough it is, especially when your telling a stranger, however I got use to that, and stranger or not, after watching the show you'll know me more then my closest friends. There is a really good feeling admitting your struggles, however the fear of dealing with it and the unknown territory of your mind your have to explore is scary. Slowly I am doing it, daily it's a struggle that always has to be checked. Love you! Xo -Rocky

It's amazing how people will let us in on their lives. I respect anyone without the fear of LIFE (people) saying and doing as they will at hes expense. Rocky, I wish you nothing but the best in life. You deserve it. I had an eating disorder for many years, I have issues regarding past relationships and anxiety. Wow that takes a lot out on me just to type so for you to let us see a glimmer of your life it helps others. Thank you!
