Meet a few young Latina women who are helping their communities... big time.
i love latinas.
I love Latinas. They rock.
these babie makers are taking over ... figures there a WOMAN at a younger age says there culture and cincinnati , so why wouldnt they start younger ?
Sorry but I dont consider Puerto Ricans Latinos
This inspires me to do so much! wow thank you MTV
I'm latina, and this episode sucks! does nothing but promote the same stupid stereotype of latin people and specially latin woman, I would really like that people pass out the fact that I was born somewhere between Mexico and Chile, and that I speak spanish, get over it.
this is a wonderful story for minorities... I am not latina but a proud woman of color, and I feel like this segment shows that women of color (latina or black) can make it to the top and that we refuse to be downgraded.
There are so many interesting stories in our Latino community let's embrace it. Show the real story of us Latinos
it all does SEEM scripted, but i like the 2nd girl the most. The first girl seemed like she was just over doing it for the camera or something, she seemed very overly dramatic and loud in her little intro explanation thing, maybe it was nerves...
this is boring, i don't care if latina's are wise or not, lame ass episode
I am mexican and I love to talk about Mexico so people can be more educated about my country. I like how this girls work hard to make a difference :D. I love being a Latina. I wish I knew more puerto rican people
** PROUD
im prod 2 be boricua de pura sepa lol
yeah you do live in a bubble. I live in Ohio and most people here are Puerto Rican...so I mean it depends where you live at.
Disappointed MTV picked all PR women for this episode, there are other 19 Latin origins they could have picked to make it more diversed.
and yes some parts of this does sound scripted...
I'm a Latina and the first 5 mins of this episode so far is boring lol...hope this gets better
I disagree with everything you said. I don't know what bubble you live in, where people confuse all latinos for Mexican. Unless you live in one of Mexico's prior terriotories (Cali, Arizona, NM, Texas) All "non-latinos" don't just think latinos are all Mexican they also would think Puerto Rican or Dominican- obviously because they are the most prevalent group. Big deal if your confused for another ethnicity. The Univision and Telemundo subject is ridiculous! Everyone on there is not Mexican, there are Cubans, Venezuelans, Colombians, Panamanians and the list goes on and on. Even American you'll find- look up Sonya Smith! Do some research or know what your talking about beforehand. Like I said in an earlier comment great that they have these inspirational women- BUT other ethnicities of latinos should have been portrayed and it would have been IDEAL- its my opinion and I'm entitled to it :-)
Yes!! It was really good.
Amen Arely:) totally agree
