I saw this and was SO nervous for school when i saw their first days. I went to a school that started at middle school and joined freshman year, so everyone were already friends. I thought that i would not be able to make any friends. But in the end i made a bunch of friends and the classes are pretty easy. If you prioritize everything, then your freshman year should be fine!

Seriously the older kids, seniors im guessing, are so immature, it may seem like all fun and games but these kids are nervous enough. Maybe i was just lucky the upperclassmen at my highschool were pretty mature and there for school, not torturing other kids and playing with toys. way to show their higher standing.

Dont be nervous, Im a sophmore right now, and it may just be my school but i didnt have a problem at all. Just go with the flow girlie.

im going to be a freshman next year. im so nervous and excited. people tell me they hated it and people are rude and mean.

Wow the older kids at that school are jerks! Haha this reminds me of how nervous and excited I was for highschool. Now I reaching the end of my sophmore year, it's so different... much much better.

my parents are like Corey's and Meera's too. It's not that getting a B is bad necessarily,it's more like "if i could get a B then i could try harder to get an A" It gets annoying sometimes but it forces me to stay on top at all times and has pushed me to the top of my class.But thankfully i'm naturally smart and don't have to try too hard to get good grades.

My mom was happy when I passed the classes.If I got a B,she was ecstatic!I feel bad for Meera and Corey.

I moved 14 hours away from my hometown of 10 years the summer before my Freshman year of high school & I didn't know a single person in my school the first day. These kids had it easy. My whole life changed in high school & it has impacted all of my decisions up until now...& I'm a Senior in college. Plus, we had a REALLY strict dress code & I had to ride the bus. Also, at my school, no one would've gotten away with bullying Freshman like those girls were.

Not to mention our football team sucked, the cheer leaders were flat chested and ugly, and teachers embezzled millions from the school district. Gotta love Roslyn High School...

Not done watching it yet, but when the kids got their Report Cards the only parent that acted in a positive way was Matt's mother. She was happy he got mostly A's and B's and didnt put him down for his 60 and 70 he got in his English and Spanish class. While the other 2 kids Meera and the drama kid get an 80 something and get put down. I'm 22 and in college and If I get an A its great but all i want to do is pass.. The parents on this episode should be happy their children got a B in a class. How is that bad?
