I was dating this guy and he had two roommates a girl and a guy. They all went to SJSU so it seemed logical to have roommates because of what an expensive area it was. Well I found out that his female roommate was his ex. It all made sense to me when I found out because of how jealous and awkward she would act. Well as soon as I found out I kicked his ass to the curb. One because he never told me and two because I refuse to put up with a guy who lives with his ex. Best choice I ever made. It will always be drama so save yourself the drama and avoid idiots like that.

This may sound shallow but if a guy does not have his own place, a car, and a job it is a deal breaker. Roommates are ok just not an ex. Have a job and car though. I mean I have a job, a car, and my own place so there is no reason the guy I am dating shouldn't.

I feel like it might not be, even if 16 is the AOC. It might just mean they can consent with others under 18 and not over. It depends on the state, though.

When i started dating my ex, he was living with his ex wife at the time, and they had a kid together. He used the same BS excuses with me, "it's to save money, it's for our daughter, etc" It doesn't matter how much trust you have or don't have, there IS NO REASON to live with an ex. Especially if you're trying to date new people. It's just not fair on that person. We eventually moved in together, but the trust issues with his ex kept getting in the way. I'm so tired of people using their kids as excuses to live together. These people want their cake and eat it too. once you're broken up, you are broken up. Sleeping in the same bed, kissing, etc. ***?! then you're trying to date other people? Grow up.
