Yeah this comment can't be more untrue. Hair coloring is just as unnatural as relaxing, and many people use that. My hair is long and thriving. I do not wear weaves. Don't judge all based on the few.

She needs to cut her damaged hair off! She's trying to hold on to it and that's why she can't retain length? Wigs? Weaves? All temporary fixes and damaging to the scalp.

I can only speak looking on the outside looking in, and this woman looks at white women and say what in the hell are u stressing about ? All she had to do was condition her hair & trim and she was a silly lazy ass *****.

I think a lot of people are foolish for bringing race into this. You act as though white people can't have bad hair too. I'm a hundred percent white and my hair is terrible. It's very coarse. I feel as though I could sand wood with it. It's also very thick and curly. Not the big beautiful curls either. They're half ringlets that stick out in every direction. I've learned to deal with it over the years and I don't have a problem with it but trust me, white people have bad hair too. All races do.

I hate that Rachel felt so bad about wearing a wig. I get she feels like she's lying to others, but how is it different from people who get spray tans, fake nails, or wear padded bras? May sound silly, but those aren't peoples natural gifts--they're just more accepted or considered normal.

Almost everyone has man or money problems at some point. So, to pinpoint it only to women of color sounds ignorant and disrespecful. Furthermore, a white woman is silly if she stresses about her hair, yet a woman of color can? You sound ridiculous!

I know! That teacher was a **** and a terrible hair stylist. She could have easily cut off the damaged hair and given her a great (albeit short) hairstyle, but instead said "ooo this is the worst keep it covered, I'd never show anyone this" real helpful. That girl was beautiful and would have looked great with a good short haircut and it might have given her the confidence to get past all the crazy.

eh with women of color alot of them put chemicals in their hair which will damage it.I dont put it in my hair and my hair is is healthy.i do put extensions in but it helps my hair grow and i want it to certain length.most wont put the extensions in if it didnt help it grow.

these women need some serious help.i wear extension but its only to get my hair to grow to the length im wanting.I dont hate my hair dont see why so many women .let what others say hurt them.they look beautiful the way they are.

Not just that, but the woman is supposed to be a "hair care specialist" and she's telling her that a trim will "kick start" the hair growth haha! I'm a doctor, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So does cutting your nails make them grow faster too? What does your scalp hear the cutting noise and spit out more hair?! Such ignorance in her own specialty!!

Actually she got a huge settlement paid of a bunch of their debt, paid for her own surgeries and has to deal with a nagging back injury for the rest of her life and going to the gym does help her. She worked three jobs for a long time to help out the family and then got injured, but did you know that Brandon? Im assuming you know more about the situation bc of your comments. Maybe you should learn all sides before making judgement. I know both sides and the truth from both sides. There was way more behind the divorce than this episode. MTV edits this crap so horribly its ridiculous. Yeah are there more important things than laser hair sure, but that didn't put her family in debt and she didn't really spend all of their savings on this and she really doesn't obsess over her eyebrows like that...hello reality TV and ratings.

Going to the gym strengthens her back muscles. There are certain things she wouldn't be able to do at the gym. I had a back injury too and physical therapy and going to the gym helps build strength back.
