I couldn't agree more with everything you wrote above. Pamela DOES look best without all that makeup on her face....especially all that eye makeup. It's just too much and too overbearing on her face. With Mandie, it IS her teeth. They just kind of stick out, which is something that she is just (eventually) going to have to deal with. We all have things we don't like about ourselves, but we all have to learn to love what we have. :)

i noticed that pamela looked her prettiest when she didn't have make up on...she thinks her ''dot'' its distracting people from her face, but instead, it is distracting from her beauty! she is really pretty! i have to admit, she did look better after her nose job, but i couldn't tell because she continued to hide it with her heavy make up000a000amandy on the other hand, is such a sad case...i have to admit with her, that her mouth is an issue. i think it is the teeth? i am not sure, but other wise, she is pretty, and was much better before the injections. i hope the best for them000a000ai would love for MTV to do a follow up with them! i really want to see how they are now and if pamela's baby really saved her or not....

I totally get BDD and how these girls feel, I've dealt with it myself, but I dont understand how Pamelas boyfriend put up with her. The way she was whining at the table when they went out to eat, i wouldve smacked her already.

I understand the psychological affect on these girls, but if Pamela wiped off her drawn on eyebrows and raccoon eye makeup she would prob look decent

I don't believe it's a disorder i believe it's called insecurities which everyone has about either their hole body or some part of their body. It shouldn't be called a disorder because its not even if its on the internet because you have a girl on here who gets baby by her family and that's suppose to solve the disorder then you have a model saying she have it yeah right when did disorders become solve by money and buying thing expensive

The saddest part is, these girls actually BOTH extraordinarily pretty :/ 000aI don't doubt this disorder at all, I'm sure its real. I just hope these girls can learn to focus on the positive aspects about themselves. They're young and have so much for going for them!

Well, Amber, notice how Pam is taking multiple medications? This is real. It's not just a matter of "oh I don't like how my face looks"; their perception of themselves is so distorted that they truly feel like monsters. It really bothers me that people like you brush off this disorder as vanity when these people are 45x more likely to try to hurt themselves than those with major depressive disorder. You wouldn't blame someone for having cancer, would you? Mental illness comes in many forms.

i don't know why people say Pam does porn. She did a vid before the show, e.g. her boobs weren't done and neither was her nose. >:-O Now she's a mom but still struggling with her issues
