Hey mediaforchange, most of Hollywood (including the music scene) is leftist. Ever since the 60's it has been. But as a veteran, that's o.k. because I defended peoples constitutional right to free speech. As for The Offspring, they totally rock! Keep on rockin' in the free world Dexter!
The lyrics in this video don't match too well with the imagery. The song seems to tell the story of a soldier's inner struggle while not really taking a political party's side. The video is obviously a comment on the war in Iraq - a very slanted, leftist comment on the war in Iraq.
