It's times like these when I seriously wonder if the reason why Heidi never stood up to Spencer was that he was physically abusive..... he is so insane it's not even funny. The last few episodes of season 5, I was actually starting to have hope for Spencer because he seemed like he was on the right track to becoming like a better person. But now he is just insane. I think he's on drugs...

There is a sick co-dependency here between Heidi & Spencer. They are both very unbalanced.
Spencer truly looks like he is on some kind of drug. Crank makes you look & act like that. I have seen it in person. Very scary. Either he is on drugs or he is seriously mentally unstable.
