Lauren forgave Heidi a long time ago (as she told Holly when Heidi gave her the letter) it's just that Lauren doesn't want to have to pretend to be happy for Heidi/pretend to be okay with Spencer because he's such a big part of her life. Heidi was miserable when she was torn between Lauren and Spencer and Lauren knows that so she knows it's not fair to Heidi for them to be friends when Lauren despises Spencer and he despises her right back.
When she told Brent, it wasn't that she got married, it was WHO she married that got that response!

OMG I am soo angry right now, like Lauren, GET OVER YOURSELF!!! like, there was much more worst rumours abou me few years ago on high school and everyone was about to believe them, but you know what?
