but the thing is elodie had a year plus of experience on Heidi just at bolthouse. Heidi dropped out of college so she has no education, no prior job experience of any kind, no PR experience or portfolio... in real life there's no way she would have gotten that job, nor should she have at all. I understand wanting to move up but it's that she and Elodie were friends and she completely went behind her back to get the promotion and acted so shady about it that probably ****** Elodie off. That, and that she did deserve and earn the position much more than Heidi. And as for Heidi being abandoned, she should have checked in at the event at least over the phone and made sure the event was really covered, that's part of her responsibility for the job she fought so hard for.
