Does anyone else notice how obsessed Lo is with Justin Bobby? SHE'S ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT HIM. It's because Lo has a thing for him! Seriously, Lo thinks Justin is hot and she doesn't understand his ways so she keeps trying to piss him off to get his attention.
