uh, what do Enzo's parents thing about this crazy couple throwing their kid a party? Really..? I think I'd be a bit creeped out! Especially when you see Spencer threatening everyone in sight and rubbing crystals. Whats next, sacrifice a kid..?!

They are gone in the brain. I don't know if anything is left upstairs. Their behavior is Very very scary. All I can think is the brain is designed to protect you, so maybe Heidi is behaving like she is because she is in shock.

Spencer needs to wake up a realize that there's much, much greater issues outside of Hollywood and his little world with heidi. He should take a trip to Africa or somewhere that will help him realize "Why am I being this way? I have no reason at all to treat people I don't really even know (heidi's sister and mom) this way? Just get out of California. Spencer is a very lucky person and he needs to be happy and thankful. He's seemingly healthy (aside from his mental health), none of his legs or arms are cut off, he's not living in poverty, he has a healthy sister who tries to care for him. He has everything anyone could need. I hope by now he has gotten better. Heidi betraying her family for such a person, I know first hand how it is to have your sibling betray you and your own family over such an awful, terrible person, I pray for Heidi's family and I hope that things get better for them. JUST GET OUT OF HOLLYWOOD!

The hills just isnt the same.Spencer is NUTS! I cant even stand to look at him.He is such a crazy freak! Im so disapointed in Heidi what has she done to herself.I would never let anyone talk about my mother or treat my family like spencer does. Where the heck is his mom and dad,they must be to ashamed of him.If thats what fame and money does Im glad Im broke.Poor Heidi she seems to be a good person,Leave him while you can!

So, I think it is pretty obvious the surgery team who operated on Heidi wanted to keep a piece of her to always remember her by,...too bad they chose to take a piece of what little brain she had to start with! I mean she couldnt act more like a robot if she tried! Could we have some emotion Heidi? I know your face is plastic but did they replace your real heart with a fake one too!? And as for Spencer I think he is either looking for yet more attention by coming up with his own form of religion like every other Hollywood star, or just needs to seriously take a trip to a mental facility....everyone needs to stay as far away from those freaks as possible!!

Love makes you do crazy things. I have realized that after going through a divorce just last year. Heidi and Spencer need a break apart from one another. Maybe some more counseling?

the talk of spencer, they have been calling him brainwasher of heidi since season 2 by lauren conrad, but heidi chose to MARRY HIM, but if anything bad happened to her we all know who the 2 main people are to blame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I think they are the same "Party Monsters" feeding the insatiable appetites for attention their ego's desire. She just convinced herself this is "Normal" that she is entitled, and she needs nobody but him. But nobody can live life succesfully with one person, let alone someone like Spencer who is incompetent of a career out of fighting and arguing for attention... (If that actually is a job!) She has lost the friendship person who gave her the opportunity on the show, and has taken it for granted. She is the insecure little girl tired of being the bridesmaid; desiring the spotlight at the altar. She is fabricating her role in a self made fairy tale. She doesn't see things for what they really are but for what she wants them to be. So unless she gets REAL, life is going to hit her like a ton of bricks, and it'll be more painful than her face after surgery for sure.

I hate when people say things like, " I wish we could have stopped it..." In no way is it healthy that he isolates her from her sister and mother. He is so evil it is of literary proportions. Like a Darth Sideous, basically poisoning her into hating her family. DISGUSTING. This past week Spencer has made light of Darlene Egelhoff's financial hardships, and called the police on her, while trying to capitalize on the publicity... This is all a weeks "work" for him, and he is untalented. Just frustrating. I can't support it anymore, it's just stupid to see him get off on being abusive while getting paid.
