I really love this band., hope you visit here in manila Philippines., ^ ^ see you soon guys. =D
i strangely like it more than i should but i think their is more to this song than any one realizes
Okay, so The Fray is one of the best bands for me. I'm addicted to them, but this is a little too "How To Save A Life". Repeats are bad folks! But if you have to repeat a song, nice choice.
This is another example of the cliché case of more being less. The song doesn’t breathe. Vocal passage is followed by vocal passage. It feels as if the song has crawled on top of itself. Ironically, the urgent manner in which it is presented makes me feel impatient. The arrangement is lacking in dynamics. The wall of sound is about as interesting to listen to as a wall. In comparison, “How to Save a Life” eases you in, builds, and then releases and builds again. It feels to me that, perhaps because he does feel things so deeply, he has a hard time expressing and experiencing the full depth of his emotions. While his topics are emotional, he comes across rather unaffected. Production is great. Voice quality is great. Everything is tight and polished. It just doesn’t connect with me.
