Even though Beth looked like an idiot for starting the fight, Tina looked like the idiot for throwing the punches because in the end, I think that at the time, Tina was a top 5 player behind Jodi, Robin, Aneesa, and Diem. This being because she could win eliminations and go to finals despite not winning any. Her punching Beth turned the game on its head because it allowed Kina or Beth the chance to get into that top 5.
