What you don't understand is that this new chick (Olivia) has taken a position she doesn't deserve. She doesn't take criticism, she gets an attitude and Joe is kissing her ass because she has contacts and gives Elle press. The girl is a total liar and a scuzz. Would you really fire someone dependable that's been working for you for 4 years versus some newcomer with an attitude? Seriously. Did you not see how Olivia refused to get the answers from Erin when Joe ASKED her to? She's a sneak and she'll be found out one day, if this show s entirely real.
I don't foresee Whitney making it big. She puts people in front of herself that don't deserve it. Girl needs to grow up and realize that not everyone is sweet and caring like she is.

Erin is really great!!! ...and she is absoltuely honest...of course Olivia knows fashion and she has a good personal style but that's it!!! and the only reason why she still works for ELLE is her contacts to New Yorkers Fahsion Society!!!

I'm going to disagree. Olivia is a liar and thinks she's too good to work under Erin.
She's just one of those uber priviliged people who never had to work for anything in her life. She holds a job so her parents will continue to foot the bill. She probably likes telling people that she works for Elle Magazine.
Roxy is the absolute worst. I have no idea why Whitney is so loyal to her.

I agree about the crutch aspect. Roxy isn't my cup of tea, but everyone talks smack about her & Whitney is clearly using her. Using her for courage, for ideas & direction. It might be the wrong direction, but at least it's something. Whitney would just stand there & wait for the next person to tell her what to do. Whitney never takes repsonsibility for her own decisions. It's always, Kelly thought, Roxy thought, blah blah blah. What the hell does Whitney think? It would probably be great if she just grew some nads & did stuff on her own.
I can't watch the shows online anymore!! I live in Romania and the only way I could 've watched them was on mtv.com! PLEASE MTV, do something for us, Europeans, to watch our favourite shows. The Hills and The City will start soon and I want to see them! PLease do something for us!!
